Information we collect

When you submit a loan request, we collect the information you enter, including:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Whether you are VA eligible and your estimated credit score range
• The property address, loan purpose, amount requested, property values, exit strategy, and timeline
• For refinances, your current interest rate, mortgage balance, monthly payment, and rent roll if provided

We do not pull your credit report through this form. Like most websites, our hosting provider may also record basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type for security. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed and whether the application form is started and completed. We do not send your name, contact details, or financial information to Google Analytics. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How we use it

• To review your request and contact you about financing options
• To check whether you have worked with us before and to verify the information you provided
• To prevent fraud and keep our systems secure
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations

Who we share it with

We share your information with iServe Residential Funding, which powers our lending, and with service providers that help us operate, such as our database, email, and hosting providers. As you type a property address or ZIP code, the text is sent to free address lookup services (Photon by komoot, which uses OpenStreetMap data, and Zippopotam.us) to suggest matches; no other application details are sent to them. They may only use it to provide services to us. We may also share information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, we will text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Opting in is not required to submit a request.

How we protect and keep it

Information is sent over an encrypted connection and stored with access limited to the staff who need it. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
